Location : Phoenix, AZ

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead & Grow the Business – Drive efficiency, profitability, and sustainable growth in commercial HVAC and refrigeration services.
  • Manage Operations – Oversee all departmental functions, ensuring top-quality service and operational excellence.
  • Expand Market Presence – Lead sales and marketing efforts for design-build and planned maintenance projects.
  • Deliver Design-Build Solutions – Provide complete HVAC or refrigeration project solutions for commercial clients.
  • Develop High-Performing Teams – Train and mentor a results-driven workforce.
  • Ensure Compliance & Safety – Maintain adherence to industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Optimize Financial Performance – Monitor budgets, analyze key performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.

    • Who We’re Looking For :

  • Industry Expertise : Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration, or plumbing.
  • Proven Leadership : Previous experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Project Manager in mechanical services.
  • Project Management Experience : At least 3-4 years managing HVAC / Refrigeration "new construction," "ground-up," "retrofit," or "change-out" projects preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of commercial HVAC / Refrigeration systems, service, installation, and industry trends.
  • Business Acumen : Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and business growth strategies.
  • Customer & Vendor Relations : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Licensing & Compliance : Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
