Position Overview:
As a Customer Engagement & Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients products and services get in front of as many potential customers as possible. Having a natural ability to build rapport and engage with all demographics is pivotal to this role.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact between our clients and prospective customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and collecting any necessary information with professionalism
- Develop a deep understanding of our clients products and services through comprehensive training sessions and continuous hands-on learning opportunities.
- Offer personalized options to interested customers, recommending products and services tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Calm under pressure and naturally helpful attitude
- Self-motivated with a desire for professional growth
- Friendly, people-oriented demeanor
