Software Development Engineer

Xenon Health, a nationwide healthcare management company, is seeking a Software Development Engineer (SDE) to design, develop, and maintain internal software solutions. This role is fully on-site in New Jersey and offers an opportunity to work on automation, system optimization, and data-driven applications to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong programming skills, experience in system integration, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Software Development & Automation

• Develop, test, and maintain internal applications and automation tools.
• Optimize Python scripts, web applications, and data pipelines.
• Implement automated solutions to improve IT efficiency.
• Support internal dashboards and data visualization.
• Develop and maintain Java and C# applications.

System Integration & Data Management

• Design and maintain data pipelines and reporting systems.
• Work with APIs and databases for seamless integration.
• Ensure data accuracy and security.
• Maintain web applications and internal tools.
• Integrate AI/ML models to enhance decision-making.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Debug and resolve Python, SQL, and web application issues.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams for system improvements.
• Monitor and optimize system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, and JavaScript, with experience in HTML and CSS.
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Familiarity with APIs and data integration techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Experience with AI/Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with React or other front-end frameworks.
• Background in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Familiarity with automation, system optimization, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience applying AI and Machine Learning techniques to optimize workflows and enhance automation.
