Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Media Specialist at Xenophon Strategies in Washington, D.C. The Digital Media Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing, analytics and reporting, social media advertising, content development, trend monitoring, and communications strategies on a day-to-day basis. You will work closely with the PR team and ensure that our digital initiatives align with overall communication goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital media, social media management, or a similar role, preferably within a PR agency
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Web Analytics
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM
- Ability to analyze data and draw insights
