You are an energetic and enthusiastic individual with 2 years of successful inside sales experience, who thrives in a fast pace demanding environment. The Territory Support Manager is a proactive and consultative inside sales support role, where multitasking is the norm. You will work collaboratively with XenTegra Outside Sales Executives and cross-functional team members to develop, manage and grow existing customer accounts.
In this role, you will be a critical element of our sales organization, providing new leads, existing opportunity advancement and administrative support. You enjoy the challenges of building long-term relationships with existing customers and are a high-level communicator with excellent organizational skills.

- This is a Hybrid Workplace role requiring 3 in office day per week. Must live local to Charlotte Metro area.
- Partner closely with field sales, systems engineers, consultants, and sales specialists.
- Ensure accurate and timely forecasts as well as opportunity updates in Salesforce.com for management visibility and Sales Executive collaboration.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key channel partners, system integrators, and any other external partners to develop and achieve the defined account strategies and opportunity plans.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our partnerships, their products.
- Follow departmental Standard Operating Procedures to assist Outside Sellers with new and existing opportunity advancement, including obtaining vendor/distributor quotes, creating customer quotes, registering pipeline deals, assisting with marketing efforts and various methods of prospecting within supported territories.
- 2- 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales automation tools or quick ability to learn.
- Proven track record of high achievement.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outreach.
