- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service via phone communication.

- Cultivate a culture of safety, compliance, and quality control within the laboratory setting.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in Laboratory experience setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including typing abilities (at least 35wpm).
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Experience in Laboratory experience with specimen collection and processing.
- Data entry expertise in a production environment.
