HR Office Coordinator
The HR Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Sales teams. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with recruitment, employee record management, training coordination, and sales administration tasks. This person has strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Job Duties:
- Sales Administration:
- Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client communication.
- Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.
- Process sales orders and order acknowledgements and ensure that all sales-related documents and processes are adhered to.
- Provide support for sales-related queries from clients and resolve issues promptly.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and organizing hiring paperwork.
- Help maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and other HR functions as needed.
- General Office Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquires related to HR and Sales administration.
- Ensure a well-organized office environment by managing supplies, scheduling team meetings, and supporting event planning efforts.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects to support the broader team.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2 years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or sales administration.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Preferred but not required:
- Experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
