Job Title: HR - Business Systems Analyst
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Mode: Contract
Job Description:
- The Business Analyst will work as a bridge between the business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring that all system requirements are understood, documented, and met throughout the project.
- Application and process analysis of HR(Paycor), ERP (NetSuite), and CRM (Salesforce) practices.
- Integration requirements and documentation Solution design and documentation.
- BA should be proficient in delivering the following artifacts :
- Business Requirements Document (BRD) including Process and Workflow Diagram
- Functional Requirements Document (FRD) covering Data Flow Diagram Integration Interface Design and Data Mapping
- Experience in HR business process implementation, preferably using Paycor, ERP Order Management, Inventory, Customer master, AR, AP, GL, processes using NetSuite and CRM customer master, and PO processes using Salesforce
