Job Summary
Wallets, Payment and Commerce Analytics team is looking for a talented, passionate, and results-oriented individual to join our team and provide data-driven insights to help optimize and improve Client s payment services. Marketing Data Scientist will play a key role in improving client s payment marketing experience. You will engage with the marketing team through the entire customer lifecycle of acquiring, developing, deepening, retaining, and reactivating. Use your analytics expertise to uncover new opportunities and improve existing programs.
You will be a thought partner to the marketing team, understand their goals and then use your analytics powers to surface actionable insights supporting these goals. Your day-to-day activities will include but not be limited to:
- Leverage SQL and Python to analyze marketing and business data to identify key insights and opportunities for the business.
- Perform diagnostic analyses, including multivariate testing and causal inference analyses, to quantify marketing campaign performance and measure the lift of marketing campaigns.
- Be a thought leader to marketing stakeholders and provide recommendations on marketing campaign design and scalable measurement plans.
- Use Keynote and/or Tableau to visualize insights and deliver results in business presentations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners across the company to successfully deliver actionable insights.
Key Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Data Science with a focus on marketing analytics and/or financial products
- Solid experience in large, complex, and fragmented datasets.
- Strong ability to transform data into digestible insights.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and Python.
- Experience with experimental design, stats significance sizing, and bivariate and multivariate analysis.
- Experience with standard data science analysis, regression modeling, causal inference, clustering, and segmentation.
- Strong story-telling capabilities. Have a curious business mindset that can condense complex concepts and analyses into clear and concise takeaways that drive action.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
Education
Advanced degree in Marketing Science, Data Science, Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics or Engineering
