We take pride in offering the best prices and highest-quality products in the industry, and as a District Manager, you are responsible for overseeing all daily operations in the store. You are responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and motivating a team of Store Managers. Other responsibilities include:
- Hire, train, meet sales goals, and grow to be one of the top markets in the company
- Lead and empower employees to recognize the importance of customer service, productivity, accountability, and profitability
- Knowledgeable of all products that are offered in our stores
- Monitor schedules throughout the district
- Proactive in recognizing customer needs, inventory levels, and other ideas to improve the district
- Responsible for handling and resolving all escalated customer issues.
- Responsible for staying up to date on all local and state laws and regulations
- Enforcing and upholding company programs and policies
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Must have multi-unit management experience, preferably in this industry
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to problem solve and come up with solutions
- Good leadership skills with a proven ability to build a successful team
- Knowledge and experience with products within our industry required
- A positive attitude and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Understands the importance of excellent customer service
- A hard-working, reliable person that wants to have an opportunity to grow within an organization
- Basic PC knowledge, efficient with Microsoft programs a plus
- High School diploma and/or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
