Xibitz is seeking an organized and efficient Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position will require you to be dedicated, results driven, proactive and organized. A sense of urgency is necessary while maintaining diplomacy, direction and focus. You will be working with a wide variety of people, such as the leadership team, supervision team, account executives, sales assistants, production personnel, vendors and our customers. You will need to be open and responsive to those you engage and interact with, and make sure you are not diverted from your primary goals and responsibilities listed in this job description.

Xibitz Inc. is a custom architectural fabricator who partners with designer and architect firms to produce installation projects globally. Xibitz specializes in the design and execution of one-of-a-kind experiential spaces for the corporate, higher education, sports, museum, and healthcare markets. The company employs over 55 creative and skilled artisans who offer a great depth of knowledge and talent. Xibitz maintains an 80,000 square-foot facility in Wyoming, MI where their work that includes enhanced technology, lighting, mechanical, and media-based engagements get refined and fabricated before on-site installation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Project Management experience required, with a minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex and multiple projects ESSENTIAL.
- Industry experience in custom exhibits, corporate show rooms or museum displays highly preferred.
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related degree highly preferred.
- Must be able to interact with account executive, customers, and external & internal project teams.
- Able to provide leadership, direction and unity in regard to your assigned projects and team members.
- Able to generate project specific schedules for assigned projects and project action lists for assigned projects.
- Able to provide support in project budgeting, project estimating, estimating reviews, project engineering, and production techniques and project scheduling.
- Responsible for proper project close out including all invoicing prepared, all documentation organized and in the proper location, all shop drawings in place and project is 100% ready for invoicing.
- Able to engage in and embrace a working project flow process system.
- Able to work closely with the lead artisan assigned to your projects and with the supervisory team in the organization
- Able to present and drive strategy and ensure implementation of a decided upon strategy.
- Able to audit and maintain project success and financial benchmarks.
- Support Account Executives by heightening project management performance and knowledge in the successful execution of their projects.
- Able to provide recommendations on processes and procedures needed for continued refinement.
- Able to review job cost and estimating information needed to maintain Big Picture overview.
- Able to compare company’s profit margin against required profit benchmarks.
- Able to participate in Risk Management.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- MS Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
