Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive help desk support to staff members.
- Maintain and update the inventory database for all electronic devices, components, and supplies.
- Facilitate IT orientation for new hires and existing employees.
- Execute installations and upgrades of Windows client/server operating systems, along with necessary system patches and hotfixes.
- Diagnose and resolve system hardware and software issues.
- Administer backup procedures and ensure thorough documentation.
- Oversee security measures, including antivirus and intrusion detection systems.
- Produce and continually refine technical documentation, diagrams, and procedural manuals.
- Ensure optimal functionality of all IT equipment, addressing operational issues promptly.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
