Key Responsibilities
- Deliver help desk support to staff.
- Maintain an inventory database for all electronic devices, parts, and supplies.
- Assist in IT orientation sessions for new and current employees.
- Conduct installations and upgrades of Windows client/server operating systems, including necessary patches and hotfixes.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage backup policies and relevant documentation.
- Oversee security measures, such as antivirus and intrusion detection systems.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and procedures for designated technology areas.
- Ensure efficient operation of all equipment, including printers and phones, and address operational issues promptly.
