Your Role
As the Senior Frontend Engineering Lead, you will play a vital role in the evolution of our platform's front-end development. Your focus will be on improving the health and scalability of our Angular codebase, implementing a modular architecture, and ensuring exceptional performance and maintainability. You will also take on the responsibility of mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of quality engineering practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Enhance and sustain the Angular front-end codebase with the latest versions of Angular.
- Design and execute modular, scalable, and reusable front-end components.
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams for seamless user experiences.
- Plan and prioritize front-end tasks two sprints in advance.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and maintain code quality standards.
- Mentor junior engineers, guiding them toward mid-level and senior roles.
- Identify and resolve front-end performance issues and architectural challenges.
- Promote the adoption of new Angular features and tools to enhance development speed.
