Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Pay: $18.00 (DOE)
Schedule: 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM (Must be flexible with weekends and OT).
Position Description:
- Greet walk-in customers.
- Answer phones (must know the multi-phone line system)
- Respond to customers' inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Light bookkeeping duties (Ex: Data Entry, Scanning, Pay Bills, and Receive Payments)
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Position Requirements:
- Must have 3-5 years of experience.
- Multi-tasking, Problem Solving, Product Knowledge.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Google, Adobe, Facebook & Instagram.
- Ability to work independently (a must to succeed in this position).
- Great Organizational skills to keep the Company organized.

Company Benefits:
• 40 hours of PTO after 6 months (once a year).
• Candidates are eligible for a $250.00 sign-on bonus after completing 60 days.
• Yearly bounces depending on work performance
