What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Counselor position at XL Sports World Cherry Hill?
XL Sports World Cherry Hill is looking for enthusiastic Camp Staff for its renowned Summer Camps. Campers are 3.5 to 8th grade. As a Camp Counselor, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and educational environment for children of various ages. You will be responsible for guiding campers through activities, fostering their growth, and ensuring their well-being throughout the camp experience.
The Summer Camp runs from June 16th - August 29, 2025.
Requirements:
- Teachers, college students, and high school students 18 and over.
- All applicants must be able to provide or obtain a New Jersey criminal background check and fingerprints.
- Previous experience working with children ( Preferred )
- Previous camp experience( Preferred)
- Qualified individuals will be outgoing, LOUD, energetic, creative, and patient.
- Qualified individuals will also be hard-working, flexible, reliable, and consistent.
- Organize camp games and activities.
- Supervise campers on Field and Swim Trips.
