Position Overview:
This is an onsite position. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Specialist to join our team at Xlear Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in social media management, with strong expertise in creating compelling content, executing paid advertising campaigns, and building online social media stores. The Social Media Specialist will drive brand awareness, community engagement, photo/video content creation and growth across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust social media strategy tailored to Xlear Inc., aligning with brand goals and industry standards.
- Create engaging content for diverse platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and multimedia content that align with the brand's identity.
- Manage the content calendar, ensuring a balanced mix of educational, promotional, and entertaining posts.
- Monitor industry trends, news, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and messaging effectively.
- Engage with the online community by promptly responding to comments, messages, and inquiries, fostering meaningful interactions.
- Contribute to website management, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and user-friendliness.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns based on key metrics.
- Generate and manage photo and video content that showcases products, educates the audience, and highlights the brand's values.
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, and collaborators to extend the brand's reach and credibility.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance the brand's online visibility and organic search performance.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven Social Media Management experience in a consumer goods or related industry.
- Proficiency in paid advertising on social media platforms, with a strong understanding of targeting and optimization strategies.
- Experience in building and managing online stores, including product listings, promotions, and user experience improvements.
- Skill in creating engaging photo and video content, with experience in graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques and their application to enhance online visibility.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong multitasking abilities and adeptness in managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player capable of working with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends, consumer behaviors, and emerging social media platforms.
Headquartered in American Fork, Utah. Mon-Fri schedule. This positon is on-site. No remote or hybrid option.
