The XM Cyber platform enables companies to rapidly prioritize and respond to cyber risks affecting their business-sensitive systems.XM Cyber is looking for an Automation and Release Team Lead to join our CDR group at this exciting stage of our company’s growth.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of automation and devops engineers to build automation infra and services which are effective, seamless and easy to use.Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.Actively engage in daily tasks, develop, refine, remove blocks and reduce technical debts.Have a deep understanding of group tools and technologies.Set a high standard for code-review, design-review, quality and performance.Own, design, analyze and improve our tests, tools and services.Design and approve developers test plan for features, component test planCollaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, and provide great results under a tight scheduleReporting to Head of CDR groupRequirements 2 years of experience as an Automation Team Lead or Automation Tech LeadDeep understanding in automation infrastructure and CI / CD processDeep understanding of QA processes and methodologiesKnowledge of various testing toolsExperience with PlayWrite - AdvantageExperience with Microservices and AWS architecture - AdvantageExperience in testing cyber security products - AdvantageDegree in Computer Science or equivalent - AdvantageFlexible and proactive / self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution.#J-18808-Ljbffr
