Are you a thorough and disciplined Executive Administrative Assistant who thrives in an energetic environment and is ready to serve fast-moving executives in El Paso, TX? We are searching for our next teammate to help the CEO keep track of his commitments and follow-throughs for multiple businesses, oversee his calendar, and manage projects by operating as a resourceful liaison between teammates.

He founded EPX in 2014, which now hosts a multi-state operation and 60-person team to deliver quality commercial construction services that exceed client expectations thanks to its rapid growth and invaluable relationships. The EPX Properties real estate branch functions to develop commercial, retail, and industrial properties. We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant with the following qualities:
- Business-oriented and Personable a quick, adaptable learner with a down-to-earth demeanor.
- Task and Relationship Manager capable of managing multiple projects at once while freeing Chris's time on communication follow-ups.
- Tech-savvy and Organized proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and finds joy in filing documents.

- Construction background and bilingual language skills (English and Spanish) are a huge plus!
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing executive support to the CEO and administrative/project management help to the executive team.
- Managing the CEO's calendar, email, calls, and travel arrangements.
- Preparing for meetings by researching contacts in advance, creating agendas, taking notes, and performing relevant follow-ups.
- Maintaining EPX's sales pipeline and tracking correspondence with prospects.
- Collaborating with the operations and client services teams to support client and strategic partner initiatives.
- Facilitating communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
- Offering administrative assistance to ensure smooth operations for the executive team.
- Providing general administration for the CEO's independent property investments, including real estate accounts, maintenance orders, and tenant communication.
