Join our Columbus, OH team as a Financial Analyst . The Financial Analyst responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate financials, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting, and contributing to the efficient financial management of the accounting operations. You will assist in the preparation of ledger reconciliations and statements, prepare monthly financial statements, support audits, and assist in the close process and analysis for strategic decision making.

Accounting Functions :
- Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end Close : Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, bank transactions, subledger schedules, accruals, and reconciliations.
- General Ledger Management : Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including Accounts Payable, Inter-company and Related Party, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Audit and Compliance : Support external audit documentation and schedules, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
