Job Profile
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks within the Human Resources department. This may include but not limited to employee records, processing new hires, handling basic inquiries and supporting overall HR function by managing data, generating reports, and coordinating administrative processes related to onboarding, benefits, and employee departures.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely updating of the Transportation Vetting Portal (TVP) for all new hires and leavers of Vista America (except for Crew).
- Supports in ad hoc data entry and audit requests
- Coordinates meeting and travel arrangement, and resolve conflicting schedule demands for CHRO and other management as needed Screens, directs, and responds to incoming department calls and inquiries
- Support in the administration of the onboarding of new hires, and offboarding of departing employees. This includes assisting with paperwork and mailings.
- Assist with scheduling, initiating, and auditing performance reviews and employee training programs for completion
- Assist with organizing engaging HR team building activities and company events
- Sort incoming department mail and respond or distribute it to the appropriate team member
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Assist with organizing wellness events, workshops, and activities throughout all our US office locations
