About the Job
XOS (X-ray Optical Systems) is a leading manufacturer of application-specific X-ray analyzers, and we are currently seeking a skilled Instrumentation Technical Liaison to join our team.
In this role, you will interact with customers via email, phone, and MS Teams to diagnose technical issues and provide support for our elemental analysis instrumentation. You will also work closely with Technical Service or Field Service Engineers to ensure that all interactions are technically sound.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, identifying and escalating service and instrumentation opportunities, and providing accurate quotations and delivery information. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and documenting technical issues effectively, and managing internal and field service repairs with efficiency and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on electromechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or service environment, and possess strong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
