Commercial Property and Facilities Manager

This is a ground level opportunity for the right hands-on professional to grow and build their own team with a young company that owns and operates a significant real estate portfolio. We are seeking highly driven individuals with strong work ethic, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a penchant for excellence to oversee all aspects of our real estate investment and management businesses.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executive and Administrative Teams to maintain full occupancy of all properties.
• Manage Tenant communications and needs.
• Supervise and lead facility staff and coordinate with external contractors for repairs and services.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all facilities.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement timely solutions.
• Maintain and manage facility budgets.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions.
• Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Requirements

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in facilities management or a related field preferred.
• Experienced in construction and facilities maintenance.
• Familiarity with construction drawings.
