The Opportunity
We are conducting a search for exceptional candidates to join our Apprenticeship Program where we train the next generation of early childhood educators, assistants, and Montessori guides.
Through a combination of college-level coursework and paid on-the-job observation and practice, program participants are mentored to develop skills and experience to launch a rewarding career.
Through your efforts, in tandem with a lead teacher, children fulfill their developmental potential with authentically prepared, exceptionally executed Montessori.
We prefer local candidates with strong appreciation for, and understanding of, Hawaiian language, culture, history, and traditions. Experience teaching in Montessori schools or training in the Montessori method is not required; training will be provided to all successful candidates.
