Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team Xplor Growth. Xplor Growth provides end-to-end customer engagement tools and marketing automation solutions that businesses use to acquire, retain, and engage their customers more effectively. We are a core service and our primary customer is the other products within Xplor that utilize our CRM products.
In this role, you will own key product initiatives, define and execute a strategic roadmap that enhances our customers’ ability to manage their business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support—to drive innovation and ensure seamless product delivery.
Job Responsibilities
Own the planning, vision, and implementation of features within Xplor Growth, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of our customers - internal pruduct teams - by engaging directly with them to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.
Define and maintain a product roadmap, balancing long-term strategic investments, short-term wins, and technical debt.
Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to build and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and evolving customer needs.
Lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance our CRM, marketing automation, and customer engagement capabilities.
Establish key success metrics for product initiatives and track their impact on business goals.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to gather feedback and ensure smooth product adoption.
Guide the agile development process, including backlog management, sprint planning, and product refinement.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring that product launches are successful and deliver value to customers.
The average base salary pay range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000. May be considered for a discretionary bonus
Qualifications
Qualifications
5 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS or marketing automation tools.
Experience building CRM, marketing automation, or customer engagement products is preferred.
Proven ability to own a product roadmap and drive execution from ideation through launch.
Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in customer feedback, user behavior, and market trends.
Ability to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience leading agile teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for product decisions.
