Job Description
The Accounts Receivable Analyst processes all receipts and ensures that each deposit balances. This position is responsible for applying payments, identifying any problems and finding a solution all within a reasonable time frame.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing cash receipts on a daily basis
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Requires direct interaction with Finance, and customers to process payments efficiently
- Research and problem solve any discrepancies in reporting by the end of each business day
- Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments after verification has been completed
- Prepare and maintain various reports
- Maintain an accurate aging report
- Send reminder notices and statements to outstanding customers
- Assist in month end reporting procedures
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience
- High school diploma, required. Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field,
preferred
- 1-3 years experience in A/R required
- Construction industry experience a plus
