We're Hiring : Senior Tax Analyst 🚀

Location : Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Compensation : Up to $120K base salary (dependant on experience) Bonus

Are you a tax professional looking for an exciting opportunity to grow and make a real impact? We’re seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our team and play a key role in tax reporting, compliance, and process optimization.

What We’re Looking For :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field; CPA (or equivalent) preferred.
Experience : Experience in corporate or public accounting environment.
Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must; experience with OneSource Tax Provision (OTP), Alteryx, or SAP is a plus.
Key Strengths : Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Assist in preparing GAAP income tax provisions and deferred tax roll forwards, ensuring compliance with ASC 740 and related accounting standards.

Calculate federal, state, and local tax modifications while managing book-to-tax adjustments.

Handle tax notices and inquiries, collaborating with auditors and regulatory agencies.

Support tax exemption certificate procedures and address related customer issues.

Identify opportunities for tax process automation and efficiency improvements.

Conduct tax research, support transfer pricing analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations.
