- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
- $0.455 per mile (split)
- Traffic pay: $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- $1,730-$1,923 weekly average gross per driver
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
As a XPO Team Driver, you will work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, as an over the road team truck driver.
A team driver must be able and willing to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
