Job Summary
We are seeking established team drivers for our Less Than Truckload (LTL) operations. As a team driver, you will work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
A typical 5-day workweek will involve driving various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances between XPO facilities. The successful candidate must be able and willing to operate different equipment types and handle the physical demands of the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive tractor-trailer combinations on extended routes, adhering to safety regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor, maintaining effective communication and teamwork.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
- Handle hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements as required by the role.

- 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
