XPO Team Drivers: Established Teams Only - 100% No Touch
A successful XPO team driver works closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs, operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances.
Benefits and Pay:
- $1.46 per mile (split between each driver)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923
Work Schedule and Requirements:
- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
- HAZMAT/Tank/Doubles endorsements all required
