Job Title: XPO LTL Team Drivers
We are seeking experienced team drivers to join our established teams for Less Than Truckload (LTL) transportation between XPO facilities. This is a no-touch freight position with a guaranteed 91 cents per mile pay, split between each driver.
Key Benefits:
- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
- Guaranteed 91 cents per mile pay, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
Requirements:
- Team drivers must have Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements
- Only recruiting existing teams; both team members must submit an application to this position
