Established teams for Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) transport between XPO facilities.

- Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
- Pay: $0.91 per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic Pay: $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Weekly Average Gross: $1,730-$1,923 per driver
- Benefits: Full health insurance available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match
