XPO Careers is now hiring experienced team drivers for our Less Than Truckload (LTL) operations. As a team driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods between XPO facilities, working closely with your teammate to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have a valid CDL A license and all required endorsements, including Hazmat, Tank, and Doubles. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with your teammate and other stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits
Our team drivers enjoy a competitive salary package, including 91 cents per mile, split equally between each driver ($0.455 per mile), traffic pay, and weekly average gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923. In addition to these financial benefits, you'll also have access to a range of perks, including full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, and 401k with company match.
