Team Driver Positions Available
XPO Careers is currently hiring experienced Class A driver teams to join our team of over the road drivers. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling LTL freight between XPO facilities with no touch loads.
Compensation Package:
- Earn up to $0.91 per mile, split between each driver, with additional traffic pay for en route waiting times due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
- Hourly pay for 6 holidays

- Reimbursement for on the road showers
- Weekly pay
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Existing teams only; both team members must submit an application
- Hazmat and tank endorsements required
- Ability to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs
- Willingness to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances
