XPO has exciting opportunities for experienced truck driving teams to join our team. As an LTL team driver, you'll be responsible for hauling hazmat and tank cargo between XPO facilities.
- Enjoy a consistent and predictable schedule, with 5 days on and 2 days off typical
- Earn 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Take advantage of traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- Average weekly gross per driver: $1,730-$1,923
- Full health insurance benefits available on day one
You'll operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. As an XPO team driver, you'll have the opportunity to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
