XPO LTL seeks reliable and skilled team drivers to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will transport freight between XPO facilities using a variety of tractor-trailer combinations.
Salary Information
Our salary package includes an hourly rate of $0.455 per mile, split equally between drivers, plus traffic pay of up to $33.07 per hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Our weekly average gross earnings range from $1,730 to $1,923 per driver. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer full health insurance benefits available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, and a 401k plan with company match.
Job Overview
As an XPO team driver, you will work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. You will be responsible for operating various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate effectively in all situations and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license and Hazmat/Tank/Doubles endorsements required
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check
