XPO Careers is seeking experienced CDL A LTL team drivers with Hazmat/Tank endorsements to join our fleet. As a leading logistics company, we offer competitive pay and benefits to our top-performing drivers.
Compensation Package:
- We offer 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile)
- Traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays
- A weekly average gross per driver of $1,730-$1,923
Work Schedule and Benefits:
- 5 days on, 2 days off typical schedule
