XPO Logistics offers a range of opportunities for experienced Class A CDL Team Truck Drivers to join our team in the LTL segment, specializing in Hazmat and Tank cargo. As a Team Driver with our company, you will have the chance to work with a variety of tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home.
The compensation package includes competitive earnings, with 91 cents per mile split between each driver ($0.455 per mile) and traffic pay - $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays. Our team drivers can earn a weekly average gross of $1,730-$1,923 per driver.
In addition to competitive compensation, we offer comprehensive benefits, including full health insurance available on day one, hourly pay for 6 holidays, PTO offered, 401k with company match, and reimbursement for on the road showers. A team driver must be able and willing to work in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs. We prioritize teamwork and require both team members to submit an application to this position. We operate a fleet of 2023 Freightliner and Kenworth automatic trucks, with modern facilities at our terminals.
