XPO Careers is seeking experienced team truck drivers to join our Hazmat and Tank endorsement program. As a team driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight between XPO facilities, working in close proximity with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
Salary and Compensation
We offer a competitive salary of 91 cents per mile, split between each driver ($0.455 per mile), as well as traffic pay of $33.07 for en route waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays.
Job Responsibilities
As a team truck driver at XPO, you will be required to operate various tractor-trailer combinations over long distances in a typical 5-day workweek away from home. You must be able and willing to work closely with another driver in a sleeper tractor on extended runs.
