What you’ll need to succeed as a Pricing Implementation Analyst at XPO
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized with a proven ability to multitask
- Able to collaborate with Pricing team leadership to establish and implement a pricing strategy and tactical plan
- Able to interpret, load and audit pricing
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance
- Experience auditing documents
- Professional experience in quantitative analysis
- Experience working in the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry or in the transportation, logistics or supply chain management environment

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Build simple to complex pricing agreements into an active rating system that allows automatic rating of invoices
- Understand contract, pricing agreement and tariff applications
- Identify rating problems and initiate resolutions to ensure correct invoicing
- Resolve issues for invoices that do not rate automatically
- Resolve audit issues and perform quality checks #LI-Hybrid
