Position Overview:
The Demand Planning Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain & Procurement team, responsible for developing and executing consensus-based demand forecasts to ensure optimal inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer satisfaction. This role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of demand forecasting methodologies and supply chain principles. This role is critical to maintaining franchisee satisfaction and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain unconstrained demand forecasts for all products across all sales channels.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, competitive intelligence, and other relevant information to identify demand patterns and forecast future demand.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other cross-functional teams to gather and integrate relevant data and insights.
- Develop and implement demand planning processes and procedures, including data collection, analysis, forecasting, and review cycles per the go to market calendar.
- Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while meeting customer demand.
- Develop and present regular reports on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management in monthly S&OP meetings.

Pay Range: $120,000 - $140,000

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Sheet, Excel, SQL, Netsuite).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
