Summary:
The primary focus of this role is to provide the execution, management, retention, and growth of all Strategic Partnership relationships. The Director will work closely with the EVP, Strategic Partnerships and individual Brand Marketing and Sales teams to ensure team cohesion and cooperation. Culture fit and the proven ability to operate successfully at a high level is critical.
The Director, Partnership Marketing & Strategy will need to possess a positive, solution oriented, collaborative mindset and ability to excel at creativity, ideation, and strategy work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the strategic planning and execution of all partnership marketing and activation elements, measurement and communication of partner value and return on objectives, and current partner renewal and upsell sales strategy, annually.

Develop and execute strategic plans to elevate department’s partnership marketing & activation efforts, focusing on creativity, innovation, synergies, and initiatives that drive the partner’s business, enhance the Xponential brands members experience, and support brand Franchisees.

Facilitate the department’s partnership marketing & activation business processes from start to finish; including but not limited to, new partner on-boarding, delivery of all contractual benefits, partner communications and relationships, partner recaps and external reporting, internal KPI and case study reporting, renewal and upsell pitches, negotiation, contracting, and invoicing / payment collections.

Oversee all aspects associated with the transfer of management of new accounts from Revenue team to Activation

Assist in research of new business opportunities and support with the proposal and contract process on new accounts

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, activation best practices and new media/digital marketing efforts to bring increased value to partners, members, and franchisees

Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all partnership agreements and ways to enhance them

Work effectively with other departments to deliver innovative new platforms and assets

Help set and manage annual activation expenses

Achieve and exceed company and department goals and objectives

Perform other duties as assigned
Pay Range: $135,000-150,000 annual salary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, or sports management (or similar field)
- 5 years of experience in marketing,activation, consulting, and client service focused position(s) in sports, entertainment, advertising, brand, and/or consulting agency and working with Franchise model.
- Diverse market and prior account management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead with a history of exhibiting strong moral character and selfless decision making.
- Proven ability to consistently deliver results for client(s) and achieve company goals and objectives.
- Experience ideating and executing on lofty ideas that demonstrate both creativity and innovation.
- Initiative-taking individual who can work independently as well as they work in a team environment.
- Strong presentations skills using storytelling, objectives, monthly/annual client recaps and KPI’s.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Superior customer service and relationship skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be a strategic, solution-oriented leader.
- Experience in working with a Franchise system is preferred
- Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships, manage multiple client contacts and projects, and drive business.
- Able to interface with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication style according to the audience.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. CRM experience a plus
Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
