Objective:

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our Strategic Partnership Activation team. The primary focus of this role is to assist in the day-to-day management of Strategic Partners and their relationship with The Company and our Brands. This role will assist in the execution, management, retention, and growth of Strategic Partnership relationships.

The Partnership Activation Manager will be responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of an annual partnership marketing & activation business plan and renewal strategy, while assisting in partnership consulting, marketing, creation of marketing collateral and activation efforts. This person will work under the Director of Partnership Activation & Strategy, while collaborating with individual Brand marketing & sales teams to ensure team cohesion and cooperation. The Manager will need to possess a positive, solutions oriented, collaborative mindset and ability to excel at creativity and ideation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations: 

  • Assist in the measurement and communication of Strategic Partners return on objectives, overall value, and renewal strategy, annually.
  • Assist the department in executing initiatives that drive the partner’s business, enhance the members experience and support Franchisees.
  • Implement the departments partnership marketing & activation business processes from start to finish; including but not limited to, new partner on-boarding, delivery of all contractual benefits, partner communications and relationships, partner recaps and external reporting, internal KPI and case study reporting and renewal presentations.
  • Manage an assigned list of Strategic Partners and their activation deliverables.
  • Fulfill Strategic Partnership contract agreements and provide a high level of service and consultation.
  • Work with the Director of Partnership Activation & Strategy to contribute to and conduct quarterly and annual recaps.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral for the department
  • Educate and offer support to brands & franchisees for any high-level partnership-related questions.
  • Create and organize custom reports for partners and internal departments.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and webinars with Xponential Brands and Partners.
  • Support the Director in collaborating with other departments to deliver innovative new platforms and assets. 
  • Assist in research of new business opportunities for the company’s portfolio.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range: $70,000-80,000

Qualifications


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, advertising, or sports management (or similar field) 
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, activation, consulting, and client service focused position(s) in fitness, sports, entertainment, advertising, brand, and/or consulting agency and work with Franchise model. 
  • Diverse market and prior account management experience preferred. 
  • Proven ability to consistently deliver results for client(s) and achieve company goals 
  • Work with the brand teams to execute lofty ideas that demonstrate both creativity and innovation. 
  • Initiative-taking individual who can work independently as well as they work in a team environment.
  • Strong presentation skills utilizing storytelling, objectives and monthly/annual client recaps.
  • Ability to create professional and consumer facing marketing presentations
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior customer service and relationship skills.
  •  Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
  • Ability to establish effective client and interdepartmental relationships and manage multiple client contacts.
  • Able to interface with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication style according to the audience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Hubspot experience a plus.

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
