This role ensures that both the operational set up and promotion of the YogaSix teacher training programs are handled effectively, requiring heavy administrative organization with supportive marketing collaboration. Programs including corporate run programs as well as those offered by franchised locations.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Program Coordination
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the yoga teacher training program, including scheduling, organizing sessions, marketing materials, and promo codes.
- Marketing Campaigns
- Develop & implement marketing strategies to promote individual and national teacher training programs across digital platforms, including social media, email newsletters, app pushes, and various websites. Involves collaboration with the marketing department to highlight unique aspects and promote individual programs, as well as generate marketing materials.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online marketing,
- Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the training programs' social media presence, posting relevant content, interacting with followers, and promoting upcoming teacher training opportunities, partnerships, and community outreach to build a consistent pipeline of prospective trainees
- Event Promotion & Coordination
- Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, open house, or informational sessions to generate interest in available training programs.
- Collaboration with Facilitators & Host Studios
- Work closely with the lead facilitators and studio staff to ensure that the program details are accurately communicated and that any updates are reflected in marketing materials.
- Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, track enrollment numbers, and generate key metrics like student completion, engagement, program reviews, and conversion rates.
- Program Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the yoga teacher training program curriculums, benefits, and unique selling points, and communicate these effectively to potential students
- Teacher Training Certification & Compliance
- Ensure that all teacher training programs meet the accreditation requirements of governing bodies such as Yoga Alliance, and that all certifications are properly administered and tracked.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders
- Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, sales, education, and operations to ensure the content aligns with the broader organizational goals and strategies.
- 2 – 4 years of project management experience preferred, with strong organizational and administrative acumen
- Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work
- Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting
- Understanding of and passion for the fitness and wellness industry
- Strong collaboration skills, being able to work effectively with other key players, as well as franchised location owners and their staff, to achieve established targets
- Experienced with Microsoft suite
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

Salary : $68,640 - $70,000
