Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Account Coordinator to join our Customer Service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients while assisting with various administrative tasks. This is NOT a call center type environment.
Primary Function:
Pivotal professional tasked with the crucial role of supporting the sales and manufacturing functions to facilitate a smooth execution of the sales order completion process.
Interact with assigned customers’ programs in response to inquiries about products and to coordinate and monitor products through completion of sales order. Coordinates projects that improve the customer experience with the Xpress LLC brand.
Duties
Point of contact for the customer and internal teams providing information and answering questions regarding pricing, artwork, proofs or samples to obtain approval for sales orders.
Confer with customers via email and telephone to provide product information, available services and capabilities while working towards finding solutions to their needs and required timelines.
Complete approved sales order entry timely and follow all assigned customer programs from inception to completion.
Works with internal teams to implement services for assigned customer accounts. Including Sales and Manufacturing.
Ability to address any issues or setback concerns with the sales order progression.
Handles administrative tasks, monitors cross-functional internal teams maintaining communication to facilitate the completion of the sales order process and to maintain deadlines.
Build strong relationships with customers and resolve complaints to maintain a strong relationship.
Communicates with customers in a precise, timely and appropriate manner program progression and/or issues/changes in deadlines.
Must be able to resolve problems effectively and professionally with internal partners while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsible for meeting the standards of service that the Company has set.
Will train new Team Members as needed.
Any other duties needed to help drive the Company Vision, Mission and to abide by the Company Values.
