Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our growing team. This role requires someone who can work independently or as part of a small team to complete restoration projects efficiently and with high attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have strong handyman skills and experience with interior remodels and repairs following water or fire damage mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall mudding, taping, texturing, and painting to match existing finishes.
- Conduct interior unit remodels and repairs with precision and care.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized, respecting clients' homes at all times.
- Follow company standards for safety and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete jobs on time and within budget.
- Perform various handyman tasks as needed and have a good attitude with good communictaion skills..
Requirements:
- Proven experience in mudding, taping, texturing, and painting.
- Strong handyman skills with the ability to complete interior remodels and repairs.
- Ability to work independently or in small teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and comfortably perform physical tasks related to construction work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in water and fire damage restoration.
- Familiarity with restoration industry standards and practices.

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
