ART DIRECTOR (MATERNITY COVER - ONE YEAR CONTRACT)

Xsolla is seeking an experienced and visionary Art Director to lead the development of innovative and emotionally engaging designs for our B2C products in the e-commerce and fintech sectors. This role is pivotal in shaping user experiences that connects emotionally with our audience while aligning with our strategic goals. RESPONSIBILITIES Concept, design and execute innovative experiences across key mediums - landing pages, mobile apps, web platforms. Enhance user engagement through gamification mechanics, illustration, interactive design and visual storytelling. Provide Art Direction to Align product ecosystems using design systems and asset libraries. Partner with product designers, content designers, product managers, developers to create customer-focused solutions. Guide and mentor a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. REQUIREMENTS Proven experience in art direction, preferably within B2C, e-commerce, or fintech industries. Strong portfolio showcasing emotional design, visual storytelling, and user-centric projects. Excellent understanding of emotional design principles, user experience, and visual storytelling. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
