What are the responsibilities and job description for the Level 1 Help Desk Technician position at Xtek Partners?
Xtek Partners is looking for a Level 1 Help Desk Technician for a permanent, multi-year-long Staff Augmentation assignment (minimum 2-year commitment before transferring to another Xtek department) with a local school district in the Columbus, Ohio area.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Minimum 1-year professional technical support experience
- Good working knowledge of Apple MacBook, iPad/iPhone and Apple TV devices
- Basic wired/wireless network
- Audio/Visual device troubleshooting
- Imaging Windows Computers
- Must be well organized, personable and able to communicate effectively
- A , Network and other industry certifications a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Must pass Background Check and Drug Screen
- Schedule is Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm with 30 mins for lunch

Starting Salary Range is $38,000 to $40,000, depending on experience.
