Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Midatlantic region (depending on candidate virtual is an option). The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, generating new leads, and closing net-new Enterprise customers. Daily tasks include maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and executing on new sales. The role also involves working closely with the sales team to drive business development and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Skills in Account Management and Client Relationship Management
- Experience selling; UCaaS, Cybersecurity, Fiber/Networks, Cloud or Cloud Networking
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying sales opportunities
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations
- Capability in Business Development to drive growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
