About The Job:

Founded in Traverse City, our flagship location has grown from two simple in-bay automatic Touchless Washes and 4 Self-Serve wash bays; to THREE in-bay automatic Choice Washes and 2 Self-Serve wash bays. This has only increased our ability to provide the ultimate wash experience and product that our customers have come to know and love. This progression of growth has allowed us to serve more people while decreasing the wait time before the wash.

As a site level team member you will be responsible for a majority of the on-site day-to-day work and will generally work in one or more of three, four hour shifts per day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekends (up to 50 out of 52) are required for this position. Your willingness and ability to be available to joyfully serve our customers, as well as your eye for detail is the most essential part in providing the best customer experience.

You will also be responsible for leading the charge of the weekly deep cleaning of the wash bays. Your ability to be disciplined, but not rigid, in this area is an actual visual representation of how we choose what is best over what is merely good.

DAILY TASKS INCLUDE:

- Equipment Functionality Checks

- Basic troubleshooting and Maintenance

- Cleaning of each wash bay

- Cleaning of vacuums

- Organization and cleaning of the mechanical rooms

- Emptying trashes

- Basic grounds maintenance

- Resetting washes as needed

- Maintaining superior customer service while on site

CURRENT POSITIONAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

- Valid drivers license

- Clean driving record

- Access to reliable transportation (no public transportation please)

- Ability to be in close proximity to cleaning and car wash chemicals

- Ability to work directly with chemicals

- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds

- Ability to pass a drug test prior to and during employment

- Ability to pass a background check

- Ability to work up to 50 out of 52 weekends (Friday - Sunday) of the year (Weekends are required for this position)

- Ability to operate and work with hand tools, power tools, and high pressure cleaning equipment.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
